Our mission at Core Indoor Cycling is to bring you a different kind of indoor cycling experience – to rebel against the norm of traditional stationary bikes. From the type of indoor bikes we use, to the workout we provide, to the size of our classes – it’s an experience unlike any other studio in the area.

Core Indoor Cycling features RealRyder bikes. What makes these bikes special is the articulating frame that allows the bike to pivot side-to-side creating an unstable surface. The unstable nature requires you not only to engage your core to stabilize the bike, but to engage your arms, shoulders, chest and back to work the bike to either side. No push ups on the bike – only pushing and holding the bike side to side – truly strengthening and helping sculpt your core unlike any other indoor cycling studio offers. Proper form on the RealRyders requires an even push and pull of the pedal providing a more balanced, complete leg engagement than traditional indoor bikes.
Our studio features 16 bikes – only 16! And they’re spaced so you have room to move, breathe, and open up. Our smaller class size promotes a more personalized experience with our instructors who provide you with proper direction to maximize your efforts and get a more effective workout.
WHY IT WORKS

C L A S S E S
Open to all skill levels this class focuses on speed work through sprints, quick flat roads both in and out of saddle, and of course, stability work! It’s lighter on the handle bar side-to-side movements and is designed to get your heart rate up and incinerate calories.
Don’t be intimidated by the name - this is a class designed to strengthen your CORE and firm up your whole body! Open to all skill levels this class maximizes the use of the side-to-side movement of the RealRyder bike for ultimate upper body and core work. Here you will get a total body workout incorporating arms, chest, back, core, shoulders to push the bike side-to-side, and obliques to hold the bike on the sides for a leaner sculpted body.
This is our advanced ride with big climbs and heavy handlebar work. Expect to be out of the saddle a lot and to push yourself to your limit. This class is for experienced riders only as proper form is required. You must have 10-rides at Core on our bikes OR be approved by an instructor. Stay riding with us and you’ll be Core Warrior in no time.
This is our signature class open to all skill levels from first-time riders to advanced riders. This class features a well rounded, full body workout utilizing the unique side-to-side movements of the RealRyder bikes and focuses on maintaining proper form both in and out of the saddle. This is a great class for new riders.
